Luxury Restroom Trailer Rental Terms in The Woodlands, TX 77381

What Our Restroom Trailer Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to Luxury Restroom Trailer Rental services provided by Texas Toilet Pros. The written quote or service confirmation describes the trailer, delivery and pickup arrangements, rental dates, and any agreed setup or servicing.
The customer must provide a suitable placement area and access to required utilities unless the agreement says otherwise. Site preparation, permits, attendants, extra servicing, utility work, and other services are not included unless listed in writing.
Customers are responsible for confirming site access and any approvals needed for their event or project. Applicable requirements may include the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, Texas Accessibility Standards on covered construction projects, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, and local fire-code access rules where applicable.
Wastewater must go to an authorized disposal location under applicable TCEQ rules; sewer discharge also requires approval from the receiving utility. Requirements depend on the site and use. We will identify additional work for separate written agreement before proceeding.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments and rental dates are arranged through a written quote, booking confirmation, or other written agreement. Customers should provide the service address, requested dates, access details, and known site restrictions when requesting a booking.
A date is not confirmed until Texas Toilet Pros accepts the booking in writing. Delivery and pickup timing may depend on access, site readiness, weather, and operating conditions.
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation, date change, or adjustment to the planned work. Any applicable cancellation charges or notice requirements will be those stated in your quote or signed agreement; these terms do not set a separate fee or deadline.
Changes to trailer type, rental period, placement, servicing, or site conditions may change the scope or charge. We will explain proposed adjustments and obtain your approval before performing additional work.
If a site is inaccessible or unready, we may need to reschedule, subject to the written booking terms.
Written Quotes and Payment Responsibilities
A quote describes the rental and related work based on the information available when it is prepared. It may identify the trailer, rental period, delivery and pickup, servicing, and any other agreed items.
Ask us to clarify anything that is unclear before approving. A quote is not a booking until Texas Toilet Pros confirms acceptance in writing.
The quote or booking confirmation will state the charges and when payment is due; no general price or payment schedule is created by this section.
Payment must be made using the method and timing stated in the applicable written agreement. If the requested work changes, we will describe any resulting charge or schedule adjustment and seek approval before proceeding.
Work outside the approved scope is not included in the original quote. Taxes or other charges, if applicable, will be identified in the quote or agreement.
Please raise billing questions promptly and include the booking details so we can review them. These terms do not promise financing or any particular payment option.
Written Warranty and Service Concerns
Texas Toilet Pros does not state a separate workmanship warranty, fixed warranty period, or performance guarantee in these terms. Any warranty that applies must be expressly described in a written agreement from Texas Toilet Pros.
Review that document for its duration, covered work, and the steps for requesting service. If you notice a concern with work we performed, contact us promptly and describe the issue, service date, and location so we can assess it.
Coverage, if provided in writing, may depend on the stated conditions. Unless the written warranty says otherwise, it does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, third-party work, or conditions that existed before our service.
This section does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Do not treat a verbal estimate or general discussion as a warranty unless the commitment is confirmed in writing. The specific written terms for your booking control if they differ from this general explanation.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
Customers must provide accurate site information, safe access, and any required permissions. To the extent allowed by law, Texas Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or problems caused by inaccurate information, unsafe access, misuse, or work by others.
Where legally permitted, our liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot be excluded or limited.
Customers remain responsible for determining which rules apply to their site and use. Relevant requirements may include the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, Texas Accessibility Standards on applicable construction projects, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, TCEQ wastewater rules for authorized disposal, receiving-utility approval for sewer discharge, and local fire-code access requirements when applicable.
Requirements depend on the project and location; this list is not a finding that every rule applies to every rental. Nothing here authorizes unapproved wastewater discharge.
Questions About These Rental Terms
For questions about these terms or a booking, contact Texas Toilet Pros at (844) 402-2049 or quote@luxuryrestroomtrailerrentalthewoodlands.top. Correspondence may also be sent to Waterway Plaza II, 10001 Woodloch Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
Include your name, service address, and booking details when relevant so we can identify the matter. These contact details are provided for inquiries and do not change a payment, cancellation, or notice requirement stated in your written agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted or otherwise provided to customers, and we will use the version communicated for new bookings.
A change does not alter an existing written agreement unless the parties agree to that change or the law requires it. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. Your written quote or booking confirmation may provide additional terms for the specific service.
Daniel Reyes
Service Expert at Texas Toilet Pros
I built my career coordinating equipment deliveries and service work around The Woodlands, where wooded lots, busy event venues, and changing site access can make placement a real part of the job. I started this company to give local hosts and site managers a clear plan for delivery, hookups, and the Texas heat or rain that can affect an event.
